Description of Services Covered Under This Rental Agreement

Lewis & Clark Photo Booths will deliver, set up and staff a full service Photo Booth for Client’s event as described above and will arrive up to two hours before the event start time. The Booth is being rented at the price agreed to below as a flat fee and will be set up to provide unlimited free photos during the event. We will also provide an on-site technician who can either stay with the booth as an attendant or simply be nearby in case they are needed. The booth is guaranteed to be operational for at least 90% of the event, which will allow for the changing of paper and ink or other photographic or systematic adjustments that may be necessary to provide the Client with the best possible photographs. While our Photo Booths are extremely reliable, the total price paid for the rental will be prorated accordingly if the booth is operational for less than 90% of the event due to equipment malfunctions. Client agrees that Lewis & Clark Photo Booths maximum liability for a nonfunctional Photo Booth is the return of any payments received according to the prorating schedule.

Client represents that flat, roll-up access is available to the desired location and understands that the Photo Booth cannot be brought up stairs or steps without being taken apart and carried which could affect the overall time the booth is operational. Client will also ensure that standard 110 electricity is available within 10 feet of the Photo Booth and will provide a solid surface if the event is outdoors and adequate protection from rain or snow. Client is responsible for any malicious damage or theft done to the Photo Booth or its accessories by Client’s guests.

Non-refundable deposit (required to reserve date and book event): $250
